I HAVE A MPC 2000 XL AND MY JOG WHEEL DOESN'T WORK. HOW CAN I GET THAT FIX? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?

isthe jog wheel broken off? or is it connected but its not moving on the screen? if its not moving on the screen its probably the same problem i got, the data encoder
