FOR SOME REASON, WHEN I LOAD A SAMPLE, OR EVEN CREATE A NEW BEAT, WELL, LET ME PUT IT LIKE THIS. TRACK 1 RECORDED A SAMPLE, TRACK 2 WENT TO RECORD KICK=KICK RECORDED AND ONLY PART OF THE SAMPLE PLAYED. SAME THING IS HAPPENING WHEN I MAKE A SIMPLE 5 TRACK BEAT. EACH SOUND SEEMS TO OVER-RIDE THE OTHERS A BIT. DIG? WHAT'S GOING ON HERE? CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT. HOPE IT IS JUST AN ADJUSTMENT. JUST GOT IT, USED TO HAVE THE 2000, SO I DO HAVE SKILLS. THANKS! SOMEONE PLEASE HIT ME BACK!

Try putting the samples on a completely different program than your drums

also, change the samples from poly to mono in program mode see if that helps

This is a very simple thing.

if one sample is cutting another sample off you either.

a. have the individual pad settings on mono instead of poly
b. you have the entire program setting on mono instead of poly
c. you have the pad mutes set up to cut each other off
