Track mutes leak??

Hello guys,

I am not sure and I doubt whether tha's the reason but since I installed my new harddisk I experience a very strage behaviour on my track mutes.

To keep it simple the problem is that when I use my Motif multitimbrally on let's say 5 tracks and mute all the used tracks, I stille hear (on a lower volume) the notes!!

I never experienced this and it really sucks big time!

I really have no clue how to solve this??

Idea's are highly appreciated.

I just re-installed the OS 1.23 and now it seems to be ok again.

Let's see how this develops.
Is this an incident or did you hear about it before?

I asked because I heard that before, but I'm not sure if it was something that was fixed in the last updates. I would have tried just a factory reset before.

Sounds like the MPC is transmitting the Note with a very low velocity value, instead of 0. But I don't know any setting where that could be changed...

That's exactely what happens..

seems like the old problem with the setting regarding one shot samples in the "other page" - set it to one of the two values and the midi tracks are not muting correctly - set it to the other value, midi tracks mute, but long samples could not be muted immediatly.
so if one want to use both at the same time we are skrewed untill akai does something about it or admits that it is a design flaw.

are the settings in the "other" page the same with each os or have the default settings changed in one of the updates?
