newb question about mpc 2000 and drumkits on pc

this is my first post on this site. just got my mpc 2000 yesterday. been doin some research on here for about a month and i love the site. i dont know if this questions been answered before but i was wondering if there was a way to upload my drum kits off FL to my mpc. any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I don't use FL but maybe there is a midi dump function where u can dump sounds into the machine using midi. or you could just sample st8 from the cpu, trim and save the sounds.

thanks for the feedback. what kinds of cables do i need to sample them str8 from the pc?

why not just sample them into another program like adobe audition or something? then save the sounds as wav files and slap em on a disk and transfer them to the mpc.

if you wanted to sampled directly into the mpc with a stock pc soundcard, you need 1/8" to 1/4" cable.

check around the boards, that info is everywhere.
