Hey I was wondering if anybody else has this problem too. Sometimes I will save a project and then load it up a few days later and my sequences don't save the way I wanted them too, the program data will be all jumbled, like some of my samples will be missing or not where I placed them. Am I doing something wrong or is this just one of the glitches on the 1k even with JJOS

Also, whats the best way to save data? I have been just pressing 'save entire memory' and then periodically doing this as I progress through the song, but maybe there is a safer way.

I've had it before, was infuriating/confusing to have that issue

i reformatted my mpc and did a clean o.s install and never had the issue after that though, but at the same time i don't use the mp as my primary means of equipment, thats for reason and the midi keyboard controller.

As long as you don't add any more samples to the beat you can make a separate folder and save the "Save All Sequences and Songs" files each time you make a chage to your beat. Can't take credit for that tip, learned that from Nym.
