Reason and Mpc

on that same site they have a support page. Did you look into the drivers? Also check out the below link. I used this thing for years. Despite being a pain in the A$$ to install the drivers at first, once I got it set up it worked flawless. I used to run an MPC 2000, es6, plantet phatt, proteus 2000 and a few more pieces of gear. It still wont work.

Start>Control panel>System>Hardware>Device manager>USB devices.

See if you could troubleshoot from there.
