MPC 2000 sequencing

Can midi/songs from the Mpc loaded sounds, drums, samples etc. be sequenced in a program like Cubase Sx 3 to add vocals and mix it? Can it be exported as audio after mix has taken place? If so how?

Sure can. (actually it's a pretty obvious question - you'd be pretty stuffed if you couldn't).

There are a number of ways you can do it, probably the most common is to track out the audio from your sequences into your DAW, it's easier to get it all in sync if you use midi to sync the two machines play / recording. Tracking out the audio rather also means you'll get the actual sound of the MPC rather than just recording midi data and assigning sounds in Halion or whatever.
