Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I have a 1000 now, but I was thinking about buying a 2000xl from my friend for $350. The only thing wrong with it is the jog wheel is broke, but I know that its a cheap fix. Is it worth $350?

go for it. the jog wheel (if the the characters on the screen doesnt move) is just a 8 dollar part from VST. you have to know how to use a soldering iron for it.

Dont ditch the 1k though bro. Get that JJ OS and use those babies together! What a marriage, the 2k and 1k. LOL. Have fun man!
