so i have some milk crates, but they dont fit my viynl, i heard that they were supposed to fit perfect, are these crates just weaksauce? is there different sizes?

i think mine is just a standard box darigold milk crate, but my wax is too big for it, it fits all diagonal.

bobby is on a roll today

News flash from 1980: Long story short those 70's kids stole too many crates so the dairy farmers got pissed and shrunk the crates to thwart the theft. Just put them in diagonal.

if the crate ISNT SQUARE, records will fit in it one of the ways...

if the MILK crate is SQUARE, you got the wrong crate...

i really think its comical how often this topic comes up... we need a "how to store your records in a milkcrate for dummies" sticky in this forum it seems...

what makes it all the more confusing is: if you're having trouble with this, what are you going to do when it comes time to make a beat?

...i dunno, maybe it's just easy for me to figure out whether a record will fit in a crate...maybe I'm a genius...
