Individual outputs question.

I am considering a purchase of an mpc-3000.

I would like to know if the individual, and or the stereo outs are balanced?

Inputs == Balanced.

Outputs ( Stereo and Individual ) == Unbalanced.

what exactly is unbalanced?
volume of left to right channels?

if so how do you go about balancing, through mixing process?
