Well, I know it comes with 16 Mb memory as standard.
Been thinking about buying one myself, finally threw down the outrageous £600 for a new one just now after losing an eBay auction!

BTW if your thinking of getting a 1000. There is a really good one on E-bay and it's very close to the reserve price.
