saved projects in os 5.33 not loading properly in 5.34

I have 2 different projects that were saved as "entire memory" and also as progams+samples.

I then installed 5.34 and loaded the projects and also tried the programs.

For both different proejcts... pads A 1-8 and B 1-8 do not PLAY the sample that is assigned to those pads.
BUT pads A and B 9-16 are fine for both projects!!

I can see the samples loaded on all the pads in the Program edit Mode.

But the pads, for some reason, do not play the sample even though its shown in the program edit window and the volume/velocity is at max.

Anyone know about this? or have this issue?

I loaded older akai programs and its fine, so i know the problem is not the pads. they work perfectly.

seems like a bug?

I too have this problem.

I posted this also. Lition and Antonym reported it on the 1000 JJ OS. This SUCKS. I reported it to JJ--make sure you do the same.
