Akai MPD 24(hopefully it's not strictly MPCs)

I just got my Akai MPD 24 today and I just wanted to know how to load different drums and samples on it(my uncle walked out with my manual)and also how I can hook it up to FL Studio 6?

u cant load drums on it, you need to load them in your case in FL Studio, if i'm not mistaken you just plug it ionto the usb port and windows will automatically recognize it, fl studio should too once its recognized

once you plug that in to fl studio, if it doesnt automatically recognize it, go to the options>midi settings, then i t sholuld be in the input tab.

if its not there, close fruity loops and re open it, it should be there.


you cant load drums into the mpd becuase its a midi controller, all it does is trigger samples from your computer so you dont have to make your beats with your mouse.
