Hi, I downloaded the editor for mac and it only gave me the option of MPC 3000 and MPC 2000(xl)

It says before u download that it works for NON XL users...

Hmmmm... Does it work for 2000???

It works with the 3000 format and 2000(xl) format selected.I've used it and have it. The only way the 2000(xl) one wont work for the reg 2000 is if you have the folders button selected at the top.

i actually got a crack from someone on here...wont say the name so they dont catch heat...but i do appreciate it and ill take what i can get...even though i do feel some remorse for abusing the industry like i am...so yeah let the well deserved hostility begin

I've used the editor and that thing is heaven sent!!!!

Does anyone really know how to work the editor inside and out? The reason I ask is cause I saw somewhere that you can import reason or recycle files into it and then drop the files to the 2000XL? Is this true? I'm have never used Reason and don't know anything about the files or whatever.....

can someone please elaborate?

Yes, The MPC EDitor will convert your Rex files to snd. so they can be loaded straight into the MPC.
