Is this true about the 3000?

Is this true? what does this reviewer mean when he say 2 bar looping? I cant set the BAR FIELD to 4,8,12 loops? thsi makes no sense. what do they mean?

yeah it's dope though, it makes you really good at song mode and we all know the better you get at song mode the better chance you have to get this paper...feel me

Drawback in this regard would be the lack of reviewer ability to RTFM or experiment.

It means the "reviewer" doesn't know how to use the MPC3000 more like.

The MAIN SCREEN "BAR FIELD" is a for "display purposes" only.

The actual "BAR FIELD" or "BARS" is determined in the SEQUENCE initialization screen.

BTW: This process is the same on an MPC60 with OS V 3.XX too.

Ahahahaha! Are you kidding me you set the bars to any # of length.

Simple :

1 - before i lay down any drums, and i determine that this sequence will be 12 bars. can i enter it in there before i start YES or NO?


2 - if i wanted to record a 1 bar seqence for like a drum intro etc can i do this YES or NO?
