If I have a zip drive to my mpc but I only load single one shots to my pads instead of programs would I beable to save those to floppys along with my beats on my mpc 2000 instead of using the zips to save? Would it save my drums and load em back up if i jus use one shots and save em to floppys?

It just depends on how large the entire file is going to be. Remember a floppy can only hold so much. U come out better saving to a zip drive b/c u will be able to save alot more. But u can save to the floppy jus not more than 1.44mb.

yea man pop ur new disk in an save all prog and sounds.. it will save all the sounds you got currently loaded in the mpc mem to ur new disk.

forget floppys tho.. jus use the zip an set up folders, 250mb standard! well if thas what drive you got... how you got both floppy an zip use anyways?.. you got an scsi zip, do they even make that?.. if you got that you might as well jus get a hard drive.
