I bought a MPC100 on ebay for 525 and I think that was a great deal but I found out yesterday when I tried to install the exm128 some of the (terminals?) or contacts or whatever they're called were bent and some of the beige plastic was cracked and broken in the middle where it kind of separates. Therefore it couldn't read the memory of a brand new memory card. I'm thinking about trading down to a MPC500 because of this because I'd really like to have the extra sample time. What all would I be losing by doing this? Do you think I wuld be better off just having mine repaired and how much do you think it would cost? That discovery really bothers me. I'm stuck with the minimal amount of sample memory.
