not bad for 8 quid depending what you use it for.

Does anyone know if it is possible to connect/mount this hard drive internally on the MPC 2000? Thanks in advance!

Nope. First off it's a Ultra Wide SCSI. There is no SCSI connection slot in a 2000.
And even for the 2kXL, there is a 50 pin SCSI slot but the ultra wide is a 68 pin connection... so no go there also.
Also there would be no room for the size of it let alone the heat generated from it 10K RPM's.
So no go on that one buddy...
