And new question how long did it take you to accumulate all of that gear and have you ever rented out your studio?

No the walls is not concrete, it's drywall and at the moment I don't do any recording with mikes so there are no acoustics shields.

I started buying gear back in 93 and most of the gear I brought back than is now stored in the closet. Now I don't buy gear to build or accumulate, I buy gear to update and improove. Here some old photo of my gear.














I don't deal with to many people when it comes to my gear. I was a hurt victim of burglary twice and I had most of my gear stolen when I lived in a apartment. It had to be someone I knew because after the first break in, I was hideing certain gear. The second break in, the theif found my hideing spaces. I was making beats for different people back than.

It is all good brother man I meant acoustic shields for mixing in your studio plus some good nearfields. I`m glad you were able to recover from your past troubles as I haven`t ever suffer breakins yet and I don`t hope too either. You are right though you have to be careful who you have in your home and studio for sure.

wow thats a lot of gear, it actually makes my head spin, i need zen simplicity, no wires, no dust, no stacks of old furniture i cant be dealing with clutter in the 07 brah

I was a victim of a robbery also it took me a while to shake it off. Dude you got a lot of stuff do you use all that equipment at once or do you switch off.

Make sure you have insurance on your gear.Also make sure that the insurance agent has a copy of all of your reciepts on your gear. It will be less than what you originally paid for your gear because of its age. I would still have insurance on my stuff because at least you will have some money to start over with. Also I DONOT let people that I DONOT know into our home. Anybody that you don't know make them give you some references and check them out before hand. If they are not willing to do that then F-ck em. I don't need money bad enough to put my family at risk for some one that I do not know. Also if your state is like Tennessee get your handgun permit. Me and my wife both have one ,so as a last resort a theif would be blessed with some heat.
