diy memory upgrade to 32mb

ive done a search but the searches on these kind of forums blow and dont find you shit

plus i did a manual search & couldnt find any topics explaining or any videos explaining on youtube..

so.. is there any guide to a memory upgrade.. ive had the memory since about a month before i got my mpc & i think it's about time to wack it in

it's already been upgraded to 16mb but i want the whole lot

ill do it myself but i dont wanna **** anything up..

I posted pictures from when I installed the 32MB in my 2000.
There were instructions in my manual on how to do it

Why do you think you need a whole guide on how to install 2 RAM chips? C'mon man, simple things: just be carefull with the clips on the sides of the holders, you just need to bend them a little before you drop in the chips.

Did it myself after 2 days I had my first ever 2kxl. Also, I even replaced the DATA wheel myself with no clue on how to do it. Just use your brain.

i dunno how to build computers n shit.. i can install ram into a computer tho , it's piss easy but that's because i know where it all is..

i just wanna do things right, i dont wanna open it up and go..

If he has the OG 2000 it's a lot harder to open and install things into.
They made a real mess of the 2000 that's why they re-worked the guts of the XL, to be more user accessible.
The ram is a simple job just the puil apart put back isn't fun.
