What's the easiest way to the best, fast midi synchronisation of the following matchup ?

hey do a search for my name ... I have a post with a link on how to do all this step by step.. I use the mpc with nuendo 2 sync and vsti all together.

I do, I set Nuendo as the Master and have the MPC slave to incoming MTC.
