people are selling cds with Pete Rock or Swizz Beat's sample pack containing their snares, kicks, loops, percussion. Is it legal to use w/out any copyright stress?

Theyre garbage..usually just a bunch of samples that some guy chopped up in his room. Don't even waste your money on them.

Get some records and just sample your own and eq them. Those sample packs/cd's are wack and most of the sounds aren't chopped up good.
