Cleaning the MPC

Couldn't find anything about this in the search and not sure which forum to put this in but...

What's the best way to clean the MPC of dirt/dust etc.? Any specific things you guys use to clean the body/pads/LCD/metal underbody?

On another note, I don't suppose they sell replacement rubber foot pads for the bottom of MPCs?

well i would normally say used compressed air and blow the sh!t away, but someone told me that really wasnt a good idea as the dust will just fall back down anyway.......

maybe one of those swiffer duster things i think they're called? one of those things that dust clings to like a magnet

Thanks guys, I'm probably gonna get those sanitizing wet wipes to clean up the MPC casing and the rubber pads, it turns out there's a little dirt and grime on the case too and not just the pads. There's actually some scratches too and 2 missing rubber feet and a missing screw from the bottom metal faceplate. I didn't notice any of this when I got it (probably because it was in a very poorly lit basement and I was more worried about actually testing it out than seeing if it was clean or had rubber feet.) It's surprising that it works so well considering. I mean it's not like it looks totally jacked, just those few small things I missed. At least I only paid $550.

swiffer duster to clean it out and check in the 60/3000 forum...Some dude cleaned the casing of his mpc with some sh*t...It looked brand new!

i take my sh it apart every 6 months---clean the casing in the sink with cold water and a sponge, as well as the pads.

the inside of the machine stays pretty clean, but a swifter would be a good idea

Seems like alot of work but that's a good idea...I might have to set some time aside to do that, should probably fix the loose/bent screw anyways. Anybody know the exact screw size for the screws on the bottom metal plate of the MPC 2000XLs?

On a side note, anyone know how to get rid of scratches on the blue casing part?
