It's not hard at all. But I wouldn't call it scratching... it's more of a "fader up and down" type of deal... Anyway, pick a sound that resembles noise—you'll need to try out a few and see what works best—and assign the Qlink fader (1 or 2, your choice) to control the pitch (or volume, or filter, you have a few choices here) and start moving the Qlink fader up and down to simulate this technique. For me, controlling the pitch works best. But other sounds might sound better with another parameter. Try it, it's kind of fun and nobody gets hurt
