What S series sampler has the Akai IB-M208P and eb16?

I know this has probably been covered but i cant remember which one it is and I have searched but found nothing so far.
I'm asking because I have a guy offering the s3000cd at a reasonable price but I'm not sure if it has those in it.
I would be buying it primarily to get those parts out and put them in my MPC 2000xl.
It would be cost effective because I cant find them for less than $250-$300 a piece and I can get the s3000 or an s2000 for about $200-$250.
thanks....

i think what u are thinking about is the ib 208p which is in one of the s-series

the ibm 208p only works right in the 2k and the 2kxl

www.akaipro.com may be able to help you more homie

Good luck

check this link for the IB-M208P
http://www.djmart.com/akiboutexwit.html

I checked that IB 208p out too..looks like the same thing but which item number is correct? Also , I went to akaipro but it didnt help much..
I will check again...
I could have sworn that an S series sampler came with the 8 outs and the eb16 which could both be used in my 2000xl...

the ib 208p and the ib m208p are slightly different they look very much alike but not quite the same I will see if I can find the difference for you..... but if the guy is selling the s2000 for a good price with the eb-16 installed go a head and cop that, you can then use the eb-16 in your current machine

S2000 8-out and MPC2k 8-out use different mounting brackets, otherwise they are electrically the same. I would not attempt to put the wrong model in the MPC.

The S3200XL is the only S-series that had the Effects and the 8-out as standard. Of course, they may not still be installed by the time you get it if one of the previous owners thought the same thing.
