Finished Beats unusually high MB....

ok...I recorded a few beats several different ways, and when on my PC as files they are really big files..for example- 14MG for a 2 minute song...they dont have that many crazy long samples on them...any advice on why this could be, or how to make them a more reasonable size?...

any help is appreciated...

cool, i'll give it a try...just have to find a program that does the conversion. im sure there are plenty online.

Uncompressed audio is that big, has nothing to do with the size of the samples. 10 mb per minute.

I would save those files, at least burn them on a cd. Converting to mp3 means losing quality, you never can go back.
