Compact flash and mpc 2000xl format question.

Can I take my sounds off my old floppies and using windows drag and drop the wave sounds from the diskettes onto the CF card? Will the mpc2kxl see the wave sounds on the CF flash card after I move them?

I don't see why not ... this is how I get certain files from my CPU to the MPC when not using the "sample" function.
