sound engines

Hi

all of the mpc models mas different sounds right?
like 3000 and 2000 has different feels or sounds coming out.
I have 2500 right now but I might get 1000.
so I'm curious about if 2500 and 1000's sound is different or not.

I think they have the same"sounds".

unless portability is an issue then I see no point in getting a 1000. It's basically the same as a 2500 but with smaller pads and less I/O

The 1000 isn't even that much smaller, and you still need a power source so it's not even that much more portable

I would just stick with the 2500 if I was you, unless you really want a 1000 then I would be more than willing to trade
