changed to the jjos usin it all fine then one day i was loading a sample and it said something like erasing flash memory so i switched the mpc off and now when i switch it on the light comes on but no text or picture someone help me i cant live with out my mp

you weren't loading a sample, you were accidentally loading an OS.

why in the world would you turn the mpc off when you see something like that? bad move man, don't get on that hunch train again

factory reset and then a reinstallation of the os should do it.
