playback out of sync..

I have a problem.. when i record a loop it sounds perfect live but when it plays back it is out sync.. This does not always happen, usually when i hit one pad consecutively, there are bigger gaps between the sounds when playing back and sounds nothing like it does live.. the faster i hit the pads the worse it is

Check and open window your Quantize feature adjust your swing and or
turn quantize on off or from 1/8 to 1/16 1/32 etc play around with these to get your timing right when you record you will hear the difference
according to your setting.
