Whats a good price for vinyl?

What would be a good deal for buying large amount of records

i saw this one lot of 5000+ 45 records of soul, r&b ect from the 50 to 70's 250 shipping and the highest bid is 400 or so.

just wondering what a good price to pay when buying vinyl i know it may vary from condition and all that but what would be a good deal.

I would be careful buying 45s. I dont mind vinyl grime but it seems like everytime i pick up a 45 it is completly shot. A lot of times cats just load up mad 45s in a box and keep them in shit condition.

on Ebay i wouldnt pay more then 10 bucks for 45's inless it was something really rare and hot.

buying from the store man i pivk them up all day long from 10cents to 1$
again it depends what it is.

5000+ i would pay 30-40 dollars and i have got more for cheaper, on Ebay i wpuld say away from it you'll pay more for shippin

Records whether they be 12" or 45'z get heavy real fast and like homeboy said you're going to get killed in shipping. If they aren't kopp'd out of a store you definitely want to see the condition of the records as well(if possible). Keep in mind at the flea markets if they selling vinyl that they REALLY do want to sell whatever they bring out there because they don't want to take it back with them if it doesn't sell so get on your huslte with them katz and you may want to also try craigslist or break out your "old" yellow pages and look for second hand/used records shops in your area (if you could find one of them you can probably come up on some good ish). 1 last thing, holla @ some of your family members, my pops has 1000'z of records chill'n in the basement..... so let'z just say he missing a few! thats good advice man yea i havnt really checked out the yellow pages just moved down here but i really appriciate it ill check out the flea market too and see what i can get
