my screens blank

well i was making a beat last night and woke up this morning and the screen is blank. it lights up but there is nothing on the screen.
someone might know what is doing this? thanx in advance.

yh its a broken screen gonna cost like 4140 to fix if im correct

$4,140? lol i'll just go buy an mpc 4000 for much. nah but i think mpcstuff sell for and hundred and soemthing. i wish i knew how to troubleshoot it before i buy 1. and i really hate sending my baby out. is this kind of problem common when the screen goes blank?

Make sure your Card, Ram (if you have) and HD (if you have) are in nice and snug. My MP froze and then wouldnt boot up, then it would boot up and not find the HD. I opened that byotch up, snugged it all up sprayed some compressed air and she never acted stupid again. Good luck bro.

Before you do anything else, try adjusting the contrast.
Hold SHIFT button and rotate the DATA wheel.
