Nice score. my cousin came off on some "paid in full" ( the movie ) type shit. back in 2001 he had a small moving company with his best friend, small just 2 trucks and they would move your furniture from home to home. anyway, they had a job to move a hispanic's furniture to long island ( ny ) they loaded everything and got to the home and no on was there, they left and him and his friend were calling the people and no answer, They cruised a bit and got gas they stated drinking and smoked a L or two, they eventually went back to the house and the place was swarmed with task force, they never drove to the house they kept going, turned out the people were illegal aliens and were tied to coke ring in long island, they kept the shit in the truck for like a week then said **** it and went thru it all, in a statue they found rolls of money. I think the score was like 200k, him and his man split it and lets just say, they invested well.....lucky ****.

Praise is due......but yea....you gotta rep for your team though.....don't forget about them....good work on snagging the macbook...I woulda loaded up the whip with the 4000 and trition....but thaz just me....you did good because to get right to the point of things you were smart to grab the 1000...because it would did you no good sitting in front of that beautiful machine and not know what to do....with the 1000 you can afford to jump right into action and bang out instantly...

too bad you gonna have to buy the hardware for 7.1

its a good LooK we still had an empty box from the 27" TV we had jus got.. so i DONE thru everything small i could in that joint and got the hell outta town.. thats my word i had to drag that box wit me...

MY ONLY REGRET NOW reallly is that i hadn't thrown the m-audio 410 interface in.. d*m that joint was small and woulda fit.. but in my limited knowledge at that time.. it ain't look like it was anything usefull so i slept on that.. and D8m now thats somethign that i really want/need...

thats the only thing missin from gettin my h/w talkin to my s/w..

if its one thing i REALLY wish i would took too.. it would have been that..

its no way i can get $300 right now to get me one...

but aight yall this music make is no joke..its like a full time job and i'm still at that learnin level..

just learn the beats

i use to focus alot on flowing...writing lyrics, freestylin, battlin, etc...but none of it was ever recorded and i always flowed over instrumentals...i got to the point where i wanted my shii recorded...and original...problem...couldnt find beats...i was in japan at the time and everybody that had beats was bussing you iin the head for them with they prices...same with the studios...so i said fck it and got geared up...some software here and there...mpc etc.... getting to the point...now i dont even bother with trying to emcee/flow...im swamped with making these beats..yo you can never learn enough about this shii and its addictive man...like once a month a pul a marathon from like fri night to sun mornin..hot pockets and 211..the wif be pissed but...yeah while learning the equipment you have to dedicate yourself, so it seems that if you are serious about getting your production game tight you might have to put the mic down for a hott sec and really learn about this...just my thoughts...but all i can say is stay focused and have fun...all the serious stuff comes naturally

No point in regrets, you made a great haul (especially for being on foot) and if you really need to, you can hock some of the gear you won't use alot to get an interface.

Did you get that job you interviewed for?

I understand where your coming from, but don't you think you could have at least changed up your story some? I know you said you've covered your tracks but by making this post you've just created something that could come back to you.

I would have got that 4000 instead of the 1k too

y'all heard what he said, he's on th straight and narrow.

who gives a fuk what he should and shouldn't have taken, i can speak from expirience, but when your in a situation like that, you act quickly.

i say fair play homeboy.

i'm getting my mpc1000 tomorrow, i've been savin form that for ages man...

i had a two year suspended sentance issued 3 weeks ago by the crown court

i'm the same as you, straight and narrow and i'm just gonna focus on my beats, no mo bullshyt.
