JJos 5.39 no paste in grid edit shift+f5

i didn't have it in 5.38 neither.
went and got the jj manual and says shift+f5 you get.
T.C Click Paste LOOP ON.
I get T.C, Click and loop on no paste.
just let me know if any ones had/has this problem.

You need to have OverDub enabled.
