Hello...I noticed that with the MPC 1000...If I have, lets say, a Snare and added a little Reverb with the MPC and played the sampled Snare back with the Reverb effect on it sounds fine...BUT when I RE-sample the Snare with the Reverb with the MPC's Main Out and then listen to the newly recorded sample... I can hear something that was Not there before...It sounds like something digital and you may have to turn up the volume to hear it more clearly but its there and It really bothers me...Can anyone else confirm this? I would really appreciate it...Thanks

I think i know what your talking about. If you want to hear your resampled snare better you will have to turn up the mpc's master volume up before recording.that should help as far as sound quality.

Once your done recording turn the master volume back to 12db or 6db.That way it wont sound so harsh.

I never resampled the main outs like this so far, but maybe you just added the reverb a second time when plaing back the recorded sample? (Just an idea though)

How does it sound if you resample by using the record in?

Maybe you could upload the files somewhere (pgm, fx settings and sample before/after) so we can check it out.
