I saw that a couple places sell them, how hard is it to replace? Has anyone done it before? I tried searching the forum but I didn't have any luck finding relevant results...

try to get in contact with an authorized reseller of akai products, they probably know somewhere you get in contact with 2 fikks it.

It's modular, simple. I've done a few...getting the part is the most difficult step.

I actually got someone who was a soldering wizard to do it for me. I think he had to desolder the old one first.
