how do u filter a program or all the notes at once?

There are two global 4-band EQs on the FX 1/2 pages... and another 4-band EQ on the Master Effect page... but no global Low Pass Filter or any such. Have to go to an external filter box for that I think.

there seems to be no batch processing options for programme parameters in the mpc1000.

no filter control, no envelope settings control, no polyphony control, no mute groups etc....

can be quite annoying sometime (set all samples in a programme to same mute group to make a monosyth type of programme, or reset all filters to off etc...)

ReSample your seq and then run your filter over your newly created audio file

{MODE} record - main outs (turn the volume all the way up) - trim your loop - assign it to a pad - assign a filter to your sample - filter away
