I was just wondering how you would export a track as a midi file so u can import it into your daw....

I want to know this because i want to just load the midi file into my daw for all the tracks i used a vst for... instead of just recording the audio from the vst i just want to load the midi track into the daw and just do it like that....

anybody know how i could do this?

Just record the midi into your DAW direct. The MPC won't export midi.

If I am understanding you correctly, simply save your MPC sequence as a MIDI file on your CF card or hard drive. Then load or import this file into your DAW of choice.

Are you having problems with getting MPC MIDI files to your computer? If your PC has a CF card reader, than it is easy to just insert the MPCs CF card into your PC. Otherwise you will have to use USB to move the MPC MIDI file from your MPC to PC.

When you export the whole sequence as a midi file would the seperate tracks load if i opened the midi file in nuendo? or would it just open as just one track of midi data?

drag the file from the desktop to the cubase / nuendo screen and ya go.,
