Getting the Burner to work on the 2500 Limited??

Maybe I missed it in the instruction book but, I don't see any info on how to Burn Cd's with the drive. I bought my Mpc from Guitar Center and they advertised that it has a built in burner but the only thing I have figured out is how to get it to read cd's but not burn. Any info would be useful. Thanks.

Im pretty sure you just go to [mode] save

And change the save location to CD-RW....


Again, I think thats what I did.

I've only had my burner for a short while (About a week or two),
and burned only a once....

press mode
press load
f3 for utilities
turn the dial till it says write audio cd
then cursor down to from and select your file

what os is on the 2500 le? does it come with 1.23 from the factory?
if not you should upgrade, because not all functions of the cdrw were in the older os. also download the manual addendum from akaipro there are explanations for the new functions, not covered in the original owners manual.

you have to change the output type. it's somewhere in the manual, you just have to look for it.
