It seems I have tried twice to submit my payment info/product i.d. to the site for my password, but without response..It seems simple enough, but I notice on the site it says-''cannot deliver/recieve if email is @comcast.net''...? is this because its a ''.net''? I use aol myself..Do you have to use a specific kind of mail or something? I did everything yesterday around 7-8-ish(evening),and it has not hit my paypal account yet,so I guess it was not entered correctly? any help would rock,as that I have tried searching for info without results, and Have a big festival show this weekend....THANKS KINDLY...Ras D

I didn't recieve my SN either. I emailed JJ (using the paypal adress of his) asking for one. Including my paypal adress and os number and all that.

He responded and send me my Serial.

ps: look in your spam folder too!

The thing is is that my payment isnt even going through on paypal so theres no way to get his email address from the site.whenever you are on the page and you put in the product number and your email address and submit,is that when it is supposed to deduct money from your paypal account?or is it after you get an email from them?

yo, if your paypal is linked to a checking aka debit account... they have to wait for your electronic check to process... ya know, to make sure the check doesnt bounce or something.

if its hooked up to your credit card then thats an instant payment and i dunno whats up :/

I filled out the form and submitted it, and within 15 minutes JJ emailed me and told me what to do. So I sent the money to his email address and 15 minutes later he sent me the password, easy enough. The first step isn't sending him money, the first step is just fill out the form so he can contact you and tell you where to send the dough.
