Best Audio Phrase Sampler to use in sync with 2000xl?

Hi.

I have a korg kaoss pad synced to my mpc2000xl so i can record phrases. I dont really like the way it works as a phrase sampler, i prefer it as an effects unit.

I was wondering if anyone knows of an audio/phrase sampler that can be used in sync with the 2000xl.

I want to create tracks on the mpc and then add live audio phrases such as beatboxing and singing in sync with the beat.

If anyone has any ideas id appreciate it. . .

How about using an MPC?

Seriously, your MPC can handle it.

My MPC cant record audio on the fly and then loop it.

I have a Gemini 12 second "phrase" sampler. $80 shipped. PM me next week so I can save it for you. It goes "in- line" to your mixer, MPC, etc...
