Sound Forge, Wave Lab, Pro-Tools and their respective Audio interfaces so you can get some sounds in the computer
Recycle 2.x would be nice!
Then you might want to think of something like REASON, LOGIC, SONAR or CUBASE for some serious Midi composition
but really all you need is talent, inspiration, and the drive to be the best damn producer to ever lay hands on a MPC
Oh yeah, you'll need some sounds - you'll find those right around the corner at your local record store!!!
