Pads hitting twice on XL

what's up! i'm having this issue and it's kinda annoying.
i'm trying to play some loops without sequencing, for a live act, but when i hit the full level button and i play the drums to a sample.
KICK AND SNARE DRUM KEEP REPEATING, like flam or something alike.
i noticed that it doesn't happends when i take my finger off the pad inmediatly after hitting it. it happend when i keep the finger on it, even for some short time, like 1/8 of a second or something like that.
this didn't happened when i had padkontrol

Maybe you have LOOP option choosen in the Program screen. If so, select NOTE OFF and it should be fine. Remember, that pads are really well responsive and sensitive. That's their good side by the way : )

Are you a noob? That was happening to me for the first couple days, gotta get used to them pads

I think your mpc is broken. Send it to me Ill take good care of it.

I had that issue the 1st day I used my XL, now I cant do that even when i try. U gotta bang them pads properly, then it will be 2nd nature. Dont be afraid of hitting those pads with some authority!!

yeah, im new to the mpc, i'm used to padkontrol pads. way softer than this
the thing is that i hi them with the left hand and no retriggering. but onright hand it just keeps on happening

just practice i think. i hit them hard, but not that much, jus thinkin on how hard is to get replacement ones shipped to chile

ok, no drum smaple is looP:on, and i tried note off but the snare gets too cutted
btw. i have this issue with only 2 drumsamples, all other are ok. i thinbk i just have to get used to this new mpc pads

funny that ay, im the same now

it's hard to get double hits & i used to get them all the time

yeh I get double hits if I tap them with one finger in the center of the pad. I heard a rumor you can get triplets out of the pads but I doubt that is true

yea when i first got my mpc the same thing happened to me it took a little practice to get the method of hitting right down
