Linking two MPC's

Hi there,
First, sorry for my bad English
I have got a question about MIDI connect in MPC 1000. Is there any way to connect two MPC's 1000? What I mean is playing sample banks on first MPC, and second would operate effects, and also playing samples.
I would be very pleased if someone could write some methods(if there is various number of it).

just on the one mpc1000 you've got two qlinks that you can assign to control effects. also 4 banks x 16 pads means 64 samples to play with. you could link 2 together by plugging the main outs of mpcA into the main ins of mpcB, then using input thru and stuff...
I don't think it would really offer any more functionality other than more sample banks.

I want to join them for playing two persons - it could be very helpful for more complicated beats - one person can not play more complicated beats live. Also the way you have told can't sync time clock. The only way for realise your idea would be footswitch with 2 line outs but I don't know if it even exists

if you're playing live, why would you time sync? just get two mpcs, hook each up to some monitors and play.

hes probably making live techno... and needs both of the mpc's synced
