Diff. Programs simultaneously? 2000

Lets say i had my drums on program one. and all my samples on program two. i want to know if theres a way i can lay the drums on a sequence, then add samples from program two, without having the drums change to the 2nd programs sounds? (MPC 2000)

not with the 2000 classic what i do usually is use page 1 and 2 for drums and 3 and 4 for samples
