try this...

first, you need to have midi cables going from your mpc to the ultralite (out to in). Then you need go to midi/sync function on the mpc. Then, look where it says out: scroll thru and pick midi time code, smpte, or whatever other option there is. I use midi time code (25 fps). Then there is an option at the bottom to turn on "program" or something... it's hard to remember. whatever it is, turn it on. Ok, then, on DP, go to the setup menu, i believe. go down to where it says "receive sync". Click that, then choose whicever way you chose on the mpc (smpte or MTC...remember to put it on 25fps). After that, on the main DP window, click the button that looks like a clock (it's under the beats and timer clock). after that has been clicked, click the play button once on DP. It should flash blue. Then, you hit play/start on the mpc (set the same tempos on dp and mpc) and dp should follow the MPC.

first o fall thank You.
that was great explanation ...
it was the OS issue on the MPC.
I think the original Akai OS was not allowing the MPC to send the MTC data to the MAC.
Now I am testing the JJ OS 3.08 and finally my setup started to work correctly (apart of some other problems).
Anyway Thanks again for You answer.
