Peace Yall,
Please forgive me if this has been posted and explained. I used the search tool and found nothing. I am syncing my mpc1000 to protools. The MPC is the slave and protools as master. Everytime I record midi in protools (about a four bar loop) I want to start recording drums on the mpc. Here is the issue. When I press play record on the mpc the mpc will only leave the play record on untill it reaches the loops end, then it will come out of play record mode. Now I can do this well in With Cubase SX3 as the master and the MPC as the slave. I can leave it on play and record for as long as I want and Cubase will cycle thru the loop and return, the mpc will always remain in play record mode.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
