Type of Compact Flash Card? RAM?

Whassup peoples? Getting my 1000 in order and need to get a flash card and some RAM. First, do I need a specific type of flash card? I know the storage amounts are different (I'm getting a 1GB), but outside of that, does anything matter. I read somewhere that you need a type II or something. Don't wanna order one & it's not compatible with the MPC.

Also what specs do I need for extra RAM? Does anyone have good links for cheap RAM?

Ok thanks, but what's the difference between Type I & Type II- & does it matter? What's the difference between pc 133 and pc 100? & will it affect anything on the MP?
