This is because corresponding to new PAD.
We recommend you to use old PAD by [16].
If it is set as a low value, although it will be set to PAD ON by weak power
It may be set to PAD ON by light vibration etc.
Or it may not be come by off while PAD had been set to ON.

Pad sensitivity range has been changed to 1-20, with an default value of 16.
Note: this has been done to accomodate the new pad design.
We recommend you use a [maximum] sensitivity of 16 with the old style pads.
If you use a lower [higher??] value, although the pad will be more sensitive, it may also be triggered by light vibrations, or it may not 'untrigger' once triggered.
