been tracking out lately and ive noticed my left channel is always stronger (louder) than my right. tried switching the cables and checked all Daw Settings can only think its the MP sending one out a few DB stronger. even does it with mono samples going out of the stereo's.

anyone els have this? / know a solution?

did you check your panning?

i know in my lab my speakers are a fraction askew so i often weight things
unevenly to one side or the other and don't notice til laters...

is it audible? or did you just notice cos the graphic display of the waveforms
are noticeably different?

kinda weird problem though...

are you sitting in the sweet spot of your monitors? try to get them lined up according to where you are sitting. if the left is louder then most likely the right is slightly askewed from the sweet spot if that makes sense!

It´s exactly like this for me to.
But in my situation its my sound card "Audio media III"
It´s old but it does it´s job for now...

Try using different sound sources then you will know if this is the cause.

cheers

its audable if u listen for it not really noticed it till the other day when tracking out as normally i dont monitor with graphic meters. tis strange i tried my old card aposed to my Delta1010 and its the same... just blame Akai and there poor effort in general lol
